EXTRA COSTS

The prices per day vary depending on the number of persons, plus tourist tax of € 4.80 per person/day for those aged 15 and above.
The final cleaning costs from € 65.00. Payment in cash only - no credit cards.
 

ARRIVAL

The apartments are available from 2:00 PM
 

DEPARTURE

We kindly ask you to check out by 9:30 AM
 

RESERVATION/BOOKING

Bookings can be made by mail or email. Firm bookings require a deposit of € 100.00 per apartment.
 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations up to 1 month before the arrival date require a fee of 40% of the apartment price. Cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date: 70%, and 90% of the agreed total price within the last week before the arrival date. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price will be charged.
